If you have a defective item which you wish to return or exchange, please contact My shop within 7 days from when youreceive the shipment.
The defective items must be returned to the designated address originally shipped from.
When you return the defective items, you must fill in the enclosed “packing slip” and “return form”.
Shipping charges for returning defective item must be paid by you on any returned items.
For any returned defective item, fee of the item will be reimbursed.
If you wish to have the product exchanged, we will ship a replacement at our expense depending on available stock.
If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method (PayPal Account).
Please note: Should Japan My shop any returned items identifiable as non-defective, you are requested 15% restocking fee for any and all non-defective item returned, and we do not refund any shipping charges.
